Are there any thoughts, options or insights into ER tanks on the RV14? I stay in South Africa where AVGAS is scarce and or costly at most fields. The filling of jerry cans is also prohibited at the aerodrome I operate from.

Mark, this method is basically what a lot of the Rocket and Super -8 builders use to build larger tanks...a new tank skin from Vans cut in half. One half is added to each of the original stock tanks.
