I have now been flying my RV-12 for more than 18 months with over
170 hours. I have only one big concern, as my aircraft ages I may
need to find faults in the wiring and I have no detailed wiring
diagram or pin outs for the numerous plugs. After spending over
$70,000 I would expect this information would be available. I can
understand Van?s secrecy with the control unite but wiring
information should be readily available.
I can?t think of a $70,000 car sold without this important
documentation being available.
I am sure if I took my aircraft to an avionics workshop they would
tell me to go jump if I couldn?t supply a diagram.
I have just emailed Van?s and they just say it is all in the building manual!!!!!!!
