I bought a project 12 kit from a lovely widow. Her husband did nice work. The wings are closed along with the tail, stab, fin, rudder and the fuselage is mostly closed, no priming. The outside is no problem obviously, but what should I do about the inside of all the closed parts? I'll be storing them while I finish the kit and I'm afraid of corrosion. Should I shoot Bo 9 inside where ever I can? I used on my Cardinal years back it worked well. Any imput greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Joe

corrosion-x

That or corrosion-x. Unless you live on a island I wouldn't worry about it.

If you intend to paint the airplane when it is completed, spraying anything inside before hand can make the painting process problematic (it will seep into all of the skin lap joints, etc,).

Ken is right on the money here....... I had my Warrior done in "92" and when I sold it in 2010, it was still weeping.

If you want to protect it, get in there with a hvlp touch up gun and use SEM paint, not primer and apply a thin coat. I know Ken said "spraying anything" but I think he would agree paint will be OK.
