Lights all worked fine after completion. Now have 25 hrs on aircraft.
Problem: master on lights off left nav light glows at about 15% brightness.
Nav lights work fine when turned on. Instrument light on rollover is on full brigtness when light switches or off. Instrument light goes off when light switches are turned on.
Anyone have any suggestions where to look?? All wiring has been double checked. Also instrument light goes off when rightwing is removed.
 
try this?

I haven't started my RV12 yet, but....I would look at the grounds. I would suggest one follows all the circuit grounds back to the battery. When lights turn off when another is turned on ... and other funky things, I have found it is usually a grounding problem.
 
Lighting Problem solved

More careful reading of direction would help.
Wired the LED on the rollover bar backwards. It caused exteranous voltages
all through the lighting system. A diode is a diode.
