Install shim to take up the space in the F-635 elevator bellcrank when installing the longer(forward end) linkage bolt. I had to shorten the TT provided spacer between rod end and bellcrank. Also there is not much clearance between servo motor top/aft mount bolt head and torque enhancer. There is a large washer to prevent rod end from coming off to the right but nothing stopping it from moving left if there is excessive rod end wear. If it comes off to the left(inboard) it will jam your flight controls on the top/aft bolthead. Same if the little cable attached to the phenolic wheel breaks. Keep an eye on those at your annual inspection.

Have you any pics?

I am having trouble remembering what it all looked like in our install.

Note: I have the Torque Enhancer with Dynon servo's, but I doubt that matters with what you are talking about.
