Mounting my ailerons to fit wing tips (skin riveting all done!!!) and could not find any 5702-475-48 Z3 washers in the parts list or bags. I found six 3/16 X 7/8 washers in the list but they are too big in diameter and hit the bracket rivets. Also outer aileron view, fig. 4, page 21-8 shows only one AN960-10L on the inboard side of the outboard hinge. This does not seem correct. I get proper spacing with two AN-960-10s in that position.

What have other builders found/ done here?
 
I called Vans about it. They are in one of the hardware bags, but not listed on the inventory list. I wrote it on mine, but am 800 miles from home. Give them a call and they can point you in the right direction.
