I'm working on the rudder for RV-7 and am unable to dimple the last few holes on the ribs due to the tight fit. I could order the dimple vise-grips from Avery or just countersink these last few holes. Any thoughts/ideas?

Avery, and others offer a dimpler that you use with a pop riveter. Available for both #40 and #30, these work great for places like this. They are also great for those rivet holes closest to the trailing edge on the rudder and elevator skins that are difficult to get with the C frame.
You could also bend out the ribs enough to get the squeezer in and then just bend tham back. This method also works fine.
