Finished the rudder pedal construction today and will test-fit them Thursday. I know the consensus is to leave the pedals out until later (just when for the final installation??) but do they need to be there while the brake lines are being made. Remove them after the lines are done? Install them at the later point and then make the lines?

Thanks very much

You can cut the brake lines to the lengths as specified in the plans. The lengths specified work well. I cut the lines to length and installed the lines with the rudder pedal assembly on the workbench.

Your choice as to whether you want to trial fit the entire assembly. It also can wait until you are ready to install the rudder pedal assembly the FINAL time.
