I'm New Here
I have reached the Rudder leading and trailing edge step and am very concerned that the hours and hours of research will not fully prepare me for the horror of trying to do this right the first time. Can someone explain how to do this successfully without gluing the angle to the rudder and having to chisel out the clecos once the glue is dry.. and then there is the front edge. How do you ben it and make it look nice? HELP!!

Spray the clecoes with teflon or similar. Even without it though, they will be easy to remove. Don't use gobs of sealant and there won't be too much sticking to the angle. It comes off without much of an issue. It's really not that bad!
