I haven't checked my plans yet, but it looks like the hinge bracket holes need to be enlarged for the rudder hinge bolts - just want to check here before I start drilling.

Lots of the powder coated parts need to have their holes cleared. I would suggest purchasing a set of reamers for just this purpose....
I also found that, contrairy to the plans, finishing all the fiberglass tips made later construction a lot easier.
I also mounted a VOR antenna on the top of the vertical stab. If you're interessted, I can get you some pictures detailing that modification...
