simple test

Mix up a small batch of JB weld. Draw down a fillet of JB and after it cures, say 12 hours, give it the flex test. El Snapo, compared to proseal :D

I tried epoxy, ended up rebuilding that control surface. Get one of those small digital drug scales from ebay and mix up a small batch of Pro Seal. Pro Seal is very easy to work with and does a great job of bonding to aluminum.
 
JB Weld

I used JB Weld and it worked fine for me... but then again I haven't flown yet so it just looks good in the shop. It's true that JB Weld doesn't flex much but I don't know much flex is needed in this application.
