Checked out the source of the rubbing noise during rudder deflection today and it's pretty obvious. The cable (and its plastic sleeve) bends at least 10 deg (maybe more) where it comes through the aft snap bushing (the one held by the snap bushing bracket). The cable sleeve lays on the bottom of the bushing under a little tension, and what I'm hearing is the sleeve rubbing on the snap bushing. Looks like there's already a bit of wear. This appears to be a potential problem since I see no way to get into the tail cone to replace eiother the snap bushing or the cable sleeve and it's GOT to wear. Anyone seeinging the same thing back there?

Thanks
