If one was planning to fly from Seattle area across the rocks to Oshkosh, is there a preferred route to go? Since the RV project is still a bit away from making this trip, it would instead be in a Cessna 170. Its a nice machine but not much of a climber. Looks forward to ideas from folks in the NW, Cheers G

If you follow I-90 through the passes in both western WA and Western Montana you will be fine.
