Hello all.
I’ve seen the roll servo installation where you fabricate a bracket and install to the front stick.

Did anyone install the servo by attaching directly to the aileron pushrod. What if I mount the servo on its side and run the pushrod directly to the pushrod. I’ll have to install a longer bolt of course.

Pics are for reference only. I placed the servo there as a mockup.

Thanks.

Don’t see the actuator arm hard stop installed. Make darn sure you have adequate range of motion in your proposed arrangement. An over-center event would be game over. The actuator hard stop should not limit the travel while ensuring some clearance margin.

I considered your (~ Tru Trak) approach. Looking back, it would have interfered with the footwells. I found a better idea, for me, courtesy of FinnFlyer and others.

For your reference and consideration only.
