We are 95% complete with an interior upgrade that includes a new glass panel with RockRack switches, which I love, but John Stark pointed out a design issue with the switches. When the switches are off a slight gap exists at the top between the rocker and the switchplate. He encountered one instance in which something small fell in the gap and jammed the alternator rocker on a client's airplane in the off position. He rooted around the inside with a dental pick and got the foreign body out. Has anyone run in to this before and come up with a fix? Perhaps an overhang like a gutter cap?
