RV-7 builder Robert Flimlin in Fallon, NV passed away recently. His daughter is looking for someone who might be able to help her sell the kit. The project is in a hangar at the Fallon Municipal Airport and appears to be at least to the quick build stage. There also appears to be an engine on a stand and other parts on shelves.
