Man, there have got to be THOUSANDS of people in the Witchita area with riveting experience! Unfortunately, some of them may have a lot of time on their hands right now.
If you can't find an RV-qualified riveter, you can train one yourself. While I had a couple of experienced riveters to help me rivet most of my 7, my wife helped me to shoot most of the wing rivets. After only a little practice, she did a great job. And most important, we remained married after the experience.
