Don’t ask me how I did it...

One important hole is far to big for a rivet. It should be a 3-3.5 rivet, but now even a 4 river is to small. I am building RV12

What is the best solution?

I wouldn't try to offer a best solution with first getting more details, but the best path towards a solution would be sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Including some clear well focused photos in your e-mail would be beneficial.
