How bad is it to run the RG400 in close proximity (<2") or directly along the AWG2 batt. cable? VHF com antenna, GPS antennas. Will it be a problem drilling an extra hole in the F-1004C and D center section bulkheads? I am running out of space on the sides using the pre-drilled holes.
This is in RV10.

I personally would not worry about it. Main DC buss should be quiet.
The coax is good quality and radiates very little if at all.
 
It shouldn't matter

In theory, the electric field in a coax is contained between the center conductor and shield so it shouldn't matter.
