Seriously though, could produce lower fuel burn potentially?

Ultra fine atomisation leads to the reduction of mixture temperature and as a result the density of the incoming charge is greater and more power packed. Put simply it burns better."
Question is would it be enough to make a difference. Just looking for an open debate...
