I have the GRT HZ setup. Was wondering if there is an Android tablet with bluetooth that someone has used that they really like (in any RV or application)? I am going to put it in the back of the RV-8 and use it only for this purpose. In other words, I would like a simple and inexpensive tablet that is easy to see and has about a 7 inch screen that can just stay in the plane and give someone in the back the basics. Thanks. I second the Nexus 7, I have one, I use it often when flying(Non RV). The size is more manageable than an iPad, and the price point makes it very attractive.

I'll 3rd the Nexus. Great built-in GPS receiver - better performance than my Garmin 396. Load up Avilution on your Nexus and you'll have charts etc, too, so it's more than just a repeater.

The 8 inch galaxy note is pretty slick as far as the smaller tablets go. They just released a new one. Has gps. Dont know if data is available other than wifi.
