Does Budget Rental cars have an exclusive deal with Sun N Fun? Anyone know if the other car places, Avis, Hertz etc.. have a pickup/drop off at the show grounds. On the phone now trying to book a car and having a bit of trouble.

Hertz

Hertz is rented at the FBO location across the field. It takes some creative thinking getting over to pick it up and get back after dropping.

Update

Just in case anyone else is looking. My first attempt with Budget Rental Cars 800-283-4384 was no cars available. Just tried again with Budget and got a car, Mustang ~ $63 bucks a day, all fees. You do have to remind them it at is LAL Lakeland Airport, Sun N Fun event.

I know I've rented from Hertz and Enterprise and picked up at the SNF grounds. Outside the main gate.
