My canopy had that protective plastic on it for 15 years and there is a noticeable amount of residue on the inside surface after removing. I tried to remove it with Naptha the other day with no success. I am able to rub it out with my finger under pressure and also can remove it by spitting on my finger and rubbing lightly, however, that would be very tedious for the whole canopy.

Has anyone found a good chemical/product for removing this residue without requiring significant pressure? I am hoping to prevent scratches.

Thanks,

Larry

I read the other day that Duron has a product called Cyclone that is made for this. I have not tried it but plan to get some the next time I am in a town that has a Duron store,
