How did other builders make their baggage floor removable? I am especially interested in the hardware used on the floor along the F-818 Baggage Rib Angles.
Countersink the Rib Angles and use flat head screws? This will weaken the angles a little. Or just use washer head screws?

I did not countersink or dimple. I just installed #8 nut plates at each rivet hole.
At first I used stainless steel button head screws. That was a big mistake, as several snapped in two just trying to install them. I went back to steel screws and have been happy.

For the rear baggage floor I used clip nuts and flat head screws (AN509). Saved a ton of time over installing nutplates, which I used on the main cabin floor.
