Has anyone run into this issue? I did not get the E-714 counterweight to E-703 End Rib bolt hole straight while drilling. This misalignment will not allow me in put the washer or the lock nut on the bolt. Can I redrill below or above the original hole? Or am I better off replacing the parts? The E-704 rib is ok.

UPDATE - Since no one has had this problem and much deliberating, I decided to order replacement ribs and lead fill the counterweight and redrill. Lesson learned.

Dan,

I had a similar issue, with a crooked hole. It wasn't that bad, and I was able to grind a little bit off the side of one washer and get that and a nut on. Your situation sounds bad enough for a re-order of parts, with the inability to even get the nut on.
