I drilled all my wing skins today. Nice to have it done but I have a question. On the back bottom of the rib there is a small tab that sits on the rear spar flange. It is riveted to the spar flange and skin. Those tabs were a beast to line up, some did not line up 100%. About 5 or 6 of the rib flanges weren't sitting right and ended up getting ovalized (on the rib flange only) when I drilled the holes. Should I back these with a doubler when I go to rivet them together? Should I leave them? I would say the hole has been enlarged by about 1/32nd of an inch.

I'd leave them and rivet. May need a longer rivet to fill the hole and still provide a good shop head. If/when really bad, you could put in an oops rivet or just a #4.
