On my 4 place intercom my rear headsets can't hear, just silent, no intercom noise or anything but I can hear them talking into the mic. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting

Which audio panel? Was it always this way or is this a new occurrence?

I had the same thing happen on my -10. It was a broken wire (ground I think) at the plug inside shrink wrap. Looked like a cold solder joint that broke.

The passenger headsets are ganged together, unlike the pilot and co-pilot headsets. So start at the audio panel and verify there is connectivity to each of the audio leads going to the passenger headsets. If it's always been this way, and you have the isolation washers under each jack as prescribed by PS-
Engineering, then chances are the ground is missing.
