I would like to remove my RC Allen turn and bank indicator. It is model # 12P61-A2A-S1. Is it really as simple as backing off the knurled collar on the back and pulling out the connector?

I would really appreciate any feedback/instructions/warnings.

I cannot find a user manual or installation/removal guide on the net. I would also appreciate a copy of any such manuals should there be one out there.
