In another thread, Keith and Peter brought up the question of whether the RV-12 has adequate drainage holes in the airframe. This question has passed my mind too, as I work on the wing skins, but I just assumed that Vans had this covered.
At this point I need some reassurance. If Peter sees the need for drain holes in the steel step weldments, which make sense to me, what else have they missed?
My aircraft, when flying, will often get a drenching when sitting on the ground at a visited airport - a 1 inch downpour in an hour is common. Is all that water that leaks in going to quickly drain out? And what about condensation?

I would appreciate comment from fellow builders. Scott too?
