If you buy QB wings from Van's, are the tanks already done? Just wondering....I couldn't find the answer when searching older posts. Sorry, but thanks for the response!

Yes...

...only thing left to do it install the fuel pickup line and float level senders. You'll need some proseal, but not much.

Does this mean that you can install an inverted fuel system (flop tubes?) in a quick build fuel tank without tearing down the tank? Thanks.

Probably not, since the QB tanks are designed for the float senders. You would have to yank off the tank and relocate the float sender in the second fuel bay off the baffle. After the sender is relocated, I see no reason why the flop tube couldn't be installed.

Sustained inverted flight

Bear in mind that you only need a flop tube for sustained inverted flight. Most of us only do positive G manouvers like loops and rolls. For sustained inverted flight, you also need fuel injection and an inverted oil system.
