Is there a sequence that you need to build in. Can you build the empennage and then assemble the QB fuselage to it then order the wing QB. Or vice versa?
The wings can be attached at the very end. You'll spend 95% of your time on the emp/fuse + avionics + firewall forward + finishing kit. On the 14 the QB wings are easy, can be done in about a week.
A lot of folks build their airplanes to 99% in their garage with the wings off. Getting a few hours in every day really moves things along. The goal being when you move to the airport you're down to just bolting on the wings.
