I'm trying to make up a simple cable to adapt a GTX327 to and install where there was a GTX-330. I know the 327 uses Female pins on the wire end that inserted into the tray connector as the transponder has male pins. I believe the 330 is opposite in that you would put male pins on the wires that are inserted into the tray connector as the transponder has female pins. Also the 327 uses the 20G wire pins, where the 330 uses the 22G pins.

Can anyone confirm this for me?

Thanks in advance,

Yes, the 330 uses high-density male contacts in a 62 pin connector. The contact p/n is MS39029/58-360. Personally, I think you would be better off just reterminating the wires into the standard 25 pin connector for the 327 rather than make an adapter cable.
