Vans Aircraft stated in the closed thread on the formed aluminum parts issue:

Although the lack of depth in stiffening rings and beads does not pose any safety or strength issues (as previously explained), we have now established a specification for the depth of these features and implemented process controls to reduce the scope of variation.”

For those of us impacted, what is the specification? What are the mins specifically?

I will follow up with a call to Vans in abscence of an answer.

I would be curious, but they did state it wasn’t an airworthiness issue regardless.
I’m just pleased to see they have owned this and are working to get better.
This is encouraging.
