I was able to get a set the last time they were in stock (end of September). I don't know of any way to find out when they are going to be in stock, however, a reddit user created a bot that posts to the flying subreddit when the headset is available to order.
Have you considered dialing them up and asking them? They, like many of the other companies that we buy from, are a small family business. If you call you will most likely talk to the owner or his wife and they can tell you exactly what to expect.
