The crate itself is where all the weight is so you might want at least 3 more people to help you get it off the truck.
Once the crate is in your garage, you can open it all by yourself and move the wings out with no help other than gloves to avoid cutting yourself on the rib holes.
If you want to lift a wing into a cradle or onto a table, then your significant other would be useful. The individual wings aren't that heavy, just bulky.
