What is the purpose of the Inspection Panel on the bottom of the wing, front of the spar and first panel outboard from the fuel tank. I received the parts to put it in, but I can't find the purpose. I removed the fuel tank to see if there was something there that needed to be accessed. Nothing there. This is relative to a quick build wing. Thanks for the help.
