I have been lurking, like many others, for about 3 years, and liked the looks and all of the 9A, and even took the $70,000 ride in Oregon. At Oshkosh, Ken Scott talked about building, and mission, etc. Decided that a 12 would probably fit my mission best at this time. Maybe something else later. Will need to get rid of my Tiger after the 12 is built.
Looking forward to the arrival of big boxes.

I'm in the same boat, trying to decide between the 9 and the 12. I took the demo ride in the factory 9A and plan to go back for a ride in the 12 sometime in the near future. Being a low time pilot, I don't have a very clear picture of what my mission is going to be. Could you describe what your mission is and how you decided on the 12 ?

Thanks,
Marius

pulled the trigger

My mission is primarily to do local flying for relaxation, with occasional cross country flights. My wife will fly with me, but is not overly excited, though hopefully with he helping build the 12 that will improve. In most cases I see the mission as one of relaxation with some shorter cross country flights.
