Has anyone made a prop spacer for a 200RV with the McCauley hub that they are done with? I'm about to start the cowling and would love to get a jump start on it.

I used a McCauley prop on my RV-8 and used a 2 1/4in Sabre spacer. You'll have to do a mock up to determine how your combination will work.

For Bill: It's a really neat Prop from Whirlwind made for RV's

sorry...

I was tired when I asked the question. What I need or need to make and know the dimensions of, is the mock up spacer to put on the plane in order to get the spacing between the spinner and the cowl while I'm getting the cowl fitted. People have said to not use the actual prop because it will be in the way.

There are a few available that people have used for installations using a Hartzel prop but nothing around for the McCauley. I may just need to make my own, but I thought I would scrounge around the virtual RV airbase first!
