Just wondering if anyone can tell me about how tight this prop extension usually is when mounting onto the crank shaft flange. Id like to temp install with the spinner rear baffle so that the cowl can be fitted. Problem is It is real tight and Im afraid if I persuede it on with a rubber mallet, I wont have an easy time getting it back off. I also wonder about the 6 bolt holes and that that must be difficult to line up with the prop attached if the fit on the crank is so tight. Is there any problem with sanding around the crank front of flange until the extension slips on?
