I have a problem finding prop bolts of enough length to my RV4. The prop installation numbers are:
Prop thickness: 3,75"
Extension: 2,25"
Crush plate: 0,7"
Engine flange & starter plate: 0,8"
Spinner plate: 0.015
which totals 7.515" (190.8 mm)
According my my calculation I would need AN7-67 or An7-68. I haven't found bolts of that length at AS&S or Saber Mfg.
Is my prop too thick or what is wrong here?

I have a Saber prop extension and 22 pound crush plate. They specify and provided Grade 8 bolts.

It took me a bit of time to work out how to get my prop bolts..... in fact the answer was simple....... go back to the prop manufacturer...... in my case Sensenich......with a 4" extension.

If not Saber are probably you best bet. The make prop bolts of the correct grade of various lengths.
