Canopy height

The canopy is from Todds I checked the height with another RV8 with a Tods and its the same height but I think the Todds might be a bit taller than the Vans canopy. A bit off the topic but I did mount my wheel fairings 3/4 of a inch high because they are so easy to damage. The problem with this is that the brake caliper bolt rubs against the inside of the fairing. I was going to put a blister in the fairing but then I saw a photo taken at the 2009 LOE Flyin where a person had cut a triangle sape hole in the fairing where the bolt was touching, I think I might do that.......Anyone have any thoughts on this?Thanks

Thanks....Aerotronics did the carbon fiber over lay, the photo did not come out to good its is really nice. The people at Aerotronics were really good to deal with.
