Today I removed my 200, inserted the 210 unit and nothing, no power. Am I correct in assuming it should be direct replacement? The pins in the back should be the same as the 200? With a little bit of moving it seemed to slide in and connect. The 210 unit seemed to sit out a little but where probably talking millimeters, had to be plugged in enough for a connection. Should have powered up I would have thought. Ideas?

I can't recall any issues when I swapped mine out a couple of years ago - just slid the 200 out, and the 210 in - installed the facepiece, and away it went. Have you check for a recessed pin on the connector?
