Hello, A friend has a Baby-Ace biplane and has a fuel drip, a drop every day or two, would pro-seal be a good fix for his leak.It is a metal tank. I ordered the pre-built fuel tank for our rv- 12 and did not have alot of experience with the pro-seal.

I believe pro seal could work just fine but there are some variables. The area will need to be identified and like anything the prep is the key. Identify the area, clean-up, scuff-up a larger area (about twice the size), and apply a good layer of pro seal.

If you can get to both sides it would be better but not required.

The gas can not be in the tank or still leaking to make this work. Be sure to let the pro seal dry completely and sometimes this can take several days depending on temperture. Colder is slower drying/curing time.

Good luck. I am building my tank right now so pro seal in near and dear this week.
