Has anyone used Polygone to remove tank sealer? Mine has gummed up pretty bad on the inboard lower rib and is now the fuel seeping is enough for tank removal. The outside bead is compromised and gummy, so I’m sure that inside bead needs to be completely removed and resealed with drilling a big hole on the back with the ever so popular Vans tank repair kit.

It works very well if a heavy enough coating of the polygon is applied and allowed to sit as described in the instructions. it sometimes takes a second application to get it 100%.
