every time i checked before and after prices, over hte past 4 or so years its always been around 3%.

vans is a good company that way..
 
I wonder if us old people could get the cost entered into the Consumer Price Index, so we could get the same raise each year.
With the fluctuating value of the dollar, many different materials and products, a flat percentage seems arbitrary at first glance. That would work out to about $2000 increase for the whole kit, I am glad I got my order in before the raise.
 
I was at the factory yesterday and Ken had mentioned that he was impressed that the price increase was not as much as it has been in the past. However he would not tell us an exact amount.

I just checked and did the math, the entire kit less avionics and engine went up $410. Avionics and powerplant stayed the same. I have not checked the accessories yet.
 
I ordered my emp and wings for the -7 yesterday worried about the increase. I saved a whopping $120. :) All that worry for not much.
