Although I have worn out two of them they are in my opinion the best buy for the money.

Harbor Freight

I agree with the Harbor Freight pop rivet puller. When mine quit working, I took it apart and cleaned it and changed the oil and worked like new. I finished the whole plane with it and it still works. I had previously purchased a more expensive rivet puller whose pneumatic cylinder was in line with the rivet instead of at 90 degrees. That puller left little dimples in the skin. I gave it away and bought the Harbor Freight rivet puller and have been happy wit it.

Been using the "Harbor Freight" pneumatic puller since 1982. Very happy with it.
My bi-plane uses many 3/16" stainless rivets. Those will wear out your arm with a manual puller.
