Page 41-04 says to dimple all the holes in the Upper Wing Root Fairing Part F-14118A-L. But, seven of the nut plates (K1000-08) installed on the inner rib of the wing (Pg 16-03, Fig 2) which would accept these dimpled skins are not countersunk nut plates. Countersinking these at this point in the build would be problematic, at least, so, use exposed head machine screws instead of the more desirable flat heads that are used elsewhere? Any reason for this seeming incongruency, or is it a goof?
