Plans call for mounting the bellcrank ribs and F-01407 bulkhead to the bottom fuselage skin, but no instructions for riveting the bell crank ribs to the F-01407 bulkhead. Not sure it matters which side a shop or upset head would go on and will prob put in AN470AD4-4 like on the fwd side of the bell crank ribs where they connect to the F-01406 bulkhead.
