So I'm contemplating where to put the pitot/aoa probe. Inboard the belcrank bay, outboard, same bay as.

I was wondering if mounting it on the stall warner access cover on the leasing edge is possible, prudent, totally ridiculous idea.

My plan--keep in mind I haven't started building yet--revolves heavily around minimizing EM interference for the magnetometer. As such, I expect to put it on the right wing in the same spot it would otherwise go in the left wing, if possible.

For important things like the pitot-static system, I'm keeping the pitot tube in the location specified in the plans/manual, and the static system exactly as specified.

If other things want to create conflicts, they get relocated.

The fuel system is another important system...

Another consideration is to make sure it won't interfere with tie-down ropes.

Better to have it inboard of the tie-down rings.
