Well not much life but it's still life. Powered up the elevator trim only today, all else was turned off. First try nothing, that's a good start but I then noticed that the master switch did not have the ground run. That makes a difference.
Now for my question, I found a lot of nose up trim, tab probably came down 2 1/2 to 3" but very little trim down travel. The tab might have gone up 1/2". Does this sound correct?

After installing the revised push rod you still get a lot of nose up trim and very little nose down trim.

Talking to Van's they said the flaps create a lot of nose down force when deployed and that's why you need so much more nose up trim.

My numbers are very similar to yours. Measuring mine, I get just under 7/8" of travel for nose down trim.
